Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance
We offer comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans for eligible employees. For regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees working at least 30 hours per week, the Company pays a portion of the monthly premium for employee coverage as well as a portion of the monthly premium for coverage for their spouse, eligible dependents and domestic partners.

Life Insurance/AD&D
We provide group life insurance equal to approximately one and one-half times your annual earnings and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Long-term and Short-term Disability Insurance

401(K) Plan
Eligible employees may enroll in the Gaco Western 401(k) Plan on the first day of the month following your first 2 months of employment. Gaco Western’s offers a Safe Harbor Plan and matches 100% of first 3% contributed and 50% of next 2% contributed. The funds are immediately vested.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP is a confidential, professional counseling service available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to employees and family members. The company pays for the cost of this benefit.

Wellness Reimbursement Program
The goal of the program is to support and encourage employee health and wellness and receive all the benefits that come with healthy living.

Paid Time-Off Benefits
Regular full-time employees are eligible utilize vacation benefits after 60-days of service. Part-time employees regularly scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week accrue vacation proportionately to hours worked. Vacation benefits start to accrue at date of hire.

Gaco Western values your hard work and dedication, and is pleased to reward its employees with (11) eleven paid holidays. The Company is closed on designated holidays. The holiday schedule is determined by management prior to each calendar year, and will usually include the following holidays:
