GacoRoofFoam F2733RHFO is a sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam (SPF) that goes on as a liquid and expands into a foam to create a durable, seamless layer of roof insulation. When paired with one of our approved GacoFlex acrylic, silicone, or urethane coatings, it creates a complete roofing system — for a durable and total roof replacement solution, or over a roof deck for new construction or tear-off projects.
SPF roofing systems are great for all climates, and since polyurethane foam adheres to most surfaces, it can be installed on virtually any roof slope. Trust GacoRoofFoam when dealing with unique roof designs or apply it to low-slope roofs.
Before SPF installation, the existing roof surface is cleaned. Next, the applicator sprays the polyurethane foam onto the existing roof or roof deck. GacoRoofFoam expands to form a seamless insulation layer, conforming quickly to any angles or protrusions on the roof. Once complete, the SPF layer is coated with an approved GacoFlex coating to protect the foam and add reflectivity, further improving the energy efficiency of your building.
