WHITENESS RETENTION. GacoFlex S2100 develops water sheeting action that allows roofs to dry more quickly, thus reducing dust and dirt interactions with the coating to keep the roof looking whiter, for longer.

5-YEAR ENERGY STAR WARRANTY. Our 5-Year Energy Star Warranty guarantees that when properly applied, S2100 will maintain an aged Energy Star rating for a minimum of 5 years – even over asphalt roofs.

LEED POINTS CONTRIBUTION. GacoFlex S2100 contains 37% recycled content and does not contain crystalline silica. Municipalities and companies encourage the use of products that reduce the amount of impact on our environment and S2100 has the highest recycled content in the industry. In addition, the use of S2100 on a job may contribute to LEED points.

ADHERES TO A VARIETY OF SUBSTRATES. GacoFlex S2100 is ideal for use as a maintenance coating system over pre-existing elastomeric roof coatings, metal roofs, built-up roofing, mineral cap sheet and weathered single ply membranes (EPDM, Hypalon and TPO/CPA), sprayed polyurethane foam roofing systems and many other coatings.
