• • QUICK AND EASY TO APPLY. Use GacoPoly LM60 to waterproof concrete, metal, and plywood in a single application with a squeegee, trowel, or brush. It requires minimal prep work and doesn’t need reinforcement, making the installation process straightforward.

    Versatile Applications

    • • BETWEEN-SLAB OR BELOW-GRADE STRUCTURES. It’s challenging to reliably waterproof below-grade structures. Buildings can move, undergo fatigue cycles, and expand and contract. Maintaining waterproofing integrity is difficult, especially in cold temperatures.

        However, GacoPoly LM60 does not shrink or crack and has proven its reliability time and time again, even in challenging applications. LM60 can sustain 300% elongation (ASTM D412) and it’s rated at -50 °F (-45 °C) for a low temperature brittleness (ASTM D746).

      • IRMA ROOFING SYSTEMS. LM60 is ideal for waterproofing flat or low-sloped concrete or plywood roof decks as a part of an Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (“IRMA”), also known as an “upside down” roof. First, LM60 is applied to the concrete and allowed to cure. Then, polystyrene boards are placed over the membrane to protect it and provide thermal insulation, followed by a layer of filter fabric and ballast rock or concrete pavers to hold it all in place. 
      • VEGETATIVE ROOFS/GARDEN ROOFS.Vegetative roofs help keep your building cool and are environmentally friendly. They help control stormwater run-off and make attractive outdoor amenity spaces. But, not every waterproofing coating is safe for biodiversity.
      • TANKS, PLANTERS, AND PODIUM DECKS. Use LM60 for horizontal and vertical waterproofing of unique structures such as tanks, planters, and podium decks, and better managing the flow of water around them.
