U91 Aromatic Urethane
Maximum Adhesion and Durability
GacoFlex U9101 is a single-component aromatic urethane, liquid-applied roof coating designed as a tan-colored base coat for the Gaco U9 Series Urethane Roof System. It is the ideal urethane to build the body of the roofing system and can be used over most substrates. It provides excellent adhesion and tensile performance. U9101C is an additional option available, which is Low-VOC compliant in all 50 states.
Roof Maintenance
U9101 may be brush-applied, rolled, or spray-applied and meets the requirements of FM coating specifications as part of a three-part system. The Gaco U9 Series Urethane Roof System consists of the UF90 GacoMastic reinforced urethane mastic for seams, penetrations, and detail work, the U9101(C) Aromatic Urethane base coat, and the U92 Aliphatic Urethane top coat. Three coats are recommended for most roof coating applications with the finish coat being the U92 Aliphatic Urethane. The coating surface can generally receive another coat within 10-12 hours, and may be walked on within 24 hours.

Roof Replacement
The U9 system may also be combined with GacoRoofFoam for a total roof replacement solution. You can complete re-roofing projects or install a new roof using the Gaco Sprayed-in-place Polyurethane Foam (SPF) as insulation and the Gaco U9 Series Urethane Roof System for a fraction of the cost compared to traditional roofing systems.
