GacoFlex 127 is a reflective elastomeric roof coating made with 100% acrylic polymers. Applied correctly, it forms a flexible, sustainable membrane that extends roof life by blocking solar damage. Its high solar reflectivity keeps roof surfaces cooler, reduces system stress, and can lower cooling costs. Strong water resistance and reflectivity make it ideal for low-slope roofs in hot climates.

The coating resists UV degradation and holds its bright white color for years. It also preserves asphalt and foam roofing materials. Once cured, it creates a durable, low-gloss surface with excellent flexibility, tensile strength, elongation, and long-term weather resistance. GacoFlex 127 bonds to many substrates, including BUR, granular roll roofing, SPF, and metal. In addition, this acrylic roof coating resists dirt pickup, ensuring long-lasting performance and clean reflectivity.
