This trowel-grade, UV resistant, roof sealant spreads easily and tools smoothly. It also adheres strongly to many substrates. Apply it in thin films up to 1/4 inch per application. Then rely on its flexibility to perform in changing conditions.

You can use it on foam roofs, pitched roofs, flat roofs, and parapets. In addition, it works well on stucco, masonry, metal, wood, and plastic. Because it resists sagging on vertical surfaces and avoids cracking or bleed-through, it serves as a reliable alternative to plastic roof cement.
