Gaco U92 Aliphatic Urethane is a single-component aliphatic urethane, liquid-applied roof coating designed as a top coat for the Gaco U9 Series Urethane Roof System. Offering superior puncture, chemical, and abrasion resistance, it delivers extended UV protection, ensuring years of durability. U92 is low VOC and compliant in all 50 states and is designed to be used over the U91(C) Aromatic Urethane Base Coat.
Roof Maintenance
Gaco U92 may be brush-applied, rolled, or spray-applied and meets the requirements of Florida Maintenance coating specifications as part of a three-part system. The Gaco U9 Series Urethane Roof System consists of the UF90 GacoMastic reinforced urethane mastic for seams, penetrations, and detail work, the U91(C) Aromatic Urethane base coat, and the U92 Aliphatic Urethane top coat. Three coats are recommended for most roof coating applications with the finish coat being the U92 Aliphatic Urethane. The coating surface can generally receive another coat within 10-12 hours, and may be walked on within 24 hours.
